  • ◾Step1. Create a Profile: To get access to our Portfolio and Joint Ventures Services, please create a free profile. Our Team will review it and get back to you with the Logins.

    ◾Step2. Find the right Hotel: After creating your Profile you will get a Password to access our Portfolio. Select the property for which you want to be considered as an Operator and sign NDA to get the Property Factsheet.

    ◾Step3. Apply as Operator: If the property fits your concept and expertise, you can submit a JV Application. We will review it and get back to you with a first feedback within 1-2 weeks.

    💡Upon positive decision, you will be asked to submit a non-binding term sheet alongside with your lease offer and concept.

    ◾Step4. Investor Sourcing: Upon approval in our JV Committee, your offer will be converted into a JV Proposal and pitched to qualified Investors to become your future Landlord. These include:

    Swiss Family Offices
    ➖ Private Equity Funds
    Leading Investment Companies
    Lenders with the right risk appetite
    Developers and other service providers able to meet your brand standards and the financial budget guidelines.

  • ◾Step1. Get JV Proposals: If you are already in our Client Base, you might get an invitation or a Joint Venture Proposal if your Investor Profile matches a specific JV Deal. The JV Proposal will contain property details, pre-analysis, operator track-record, concept and a term sheet with the lease offer.

    💡If you are not yet in our Client Base, you can submit an Investor Profile.

    ◾Step2. LOI: If you want to move forward with the proposed JV Deal you will be asked to submit a detailed LOI and some other paperwork.

    ◾Step3. JV Negotiations: Upon completion of the paperwork, Titans RE will connect the subject matter experts and decision makers of the Operator and Investor o discuss a potential Joint Venture together.

    ◾Step4. Transaction: Upon successful agreement between the Operator and Investor, the transaction for the underlying JV property introduced by Titans RE can be initiated.
