Maurizio Redaelli is a Senior Hospitality Consultant at Titans RE with over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience across leading luxury, lifestyle, and boutique hotel assets throughout the UK, France, Belgium and Europe.
Having held General Manager and Cluster General Manager roles for prestigious properties including NH Hotel Group, Starhotels Collezione and independent ownership ventures, Maurizio has successfully led hotel repositioning, pre-openings, commercial transformations, and operational turnarounds.
His expertise in hospitality EBITDA optimization, revenue growth, asset repositioning, and luxury guest experience consistently drives sustainable performance across hospitality portfolios.
Maurizio holds a Diploma in Advanced Hotel Management Studies from the Geneva Hotel Management School, as well as executive credentials from the General Manager Program at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

Nicholas is a Senior Transaction Advisor and Member of the Advisory Board of Titans RE. He brings over 25 years of transaction experience across real estate, hospitality, and private equity, with involvement in USD 7B+ of completed M&A and Private Equity transactions.
He has structured and executed deals on both the buy and sell side, built and managed a USD 700M private equtiy platform primarily deploying across European and US real estate, and led hospitality transaction activities around the Mediterranean.
His expertise covers deal structuring, capital solutions, JV frameworks, and investor engagement across European markets. Previously, he held senior roles in institutional banking and international PE firms.

She has more than 20 years of experience in ten different federal states of Germany, in Switzerland and in London, including private hotels and Hotel groups from 2-4 star categories. She conducts performance assessments of all criteria tailored to the Hotel and the location and makes audits for revenue yielding.

Previously, Baris managed at Credit Suisse innovation, transformation, and digitalization projects with C-Level stakeholders, overseeing 25+ initiatives including sales-enabling projects.
In 2015, he co-founded and consulted Business Titans, specializing in creating and upgrading digital, retail and hospitality businesses.Baris holds a Degree in Banking and Finance.

Dorukhan Aras is the Founding Partner of Titans RE. In 2022, he acquired and repositioned the former company, Business Titans, transforming it into a globally operating hotel investment advisory firm.
He led the development of the company’s architecture, advisory services, and early-stage brokerage portfolio, which reached in 2 years a combined valuation of more than EUR 1.1B. Beyond Titans RE, he has over 10 years of experience in business and regulatory consulting at top-tier institutions in Geneva, Zurich and New York, such as HSBC, Société Générale CIB, EY, CAPCO, EAES and the UN. He has been part of 60+ transactions.
Dorukhan holds degrees with distinction in International Security (Intelligence), from the University of Leicester and the Geneva School of Diplomacy. He is also certified in Hotel Real Estate Investment & Asset Management by Cornell. In addition, he has published geostrategic analyses for the International Relations & Security Network (ETH Zurich ISN) and foreign policy publications. One of his analyses was published in the NATO digital library and presented in 2012 at the ISA conference in San Diego.
